Our Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your PPRTech purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- SOLID PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED — this includes your order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice. No proof, no return. No exceptions.
- For defective or faulty items, clear photo or video evidence of the fault must be provided alongside proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned after the 15-day window
- Products without original packaging
- Returns submitted without valid proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, in which case PPRTech will cover the cost.
